Program Coordinator
- Directly communicate with stakeholders to take ownership and responsibility of process execution through standard operating procedure translation, knowledge sharing, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and advancement.
- Use reporting systems to audit and track the enrollment, progress, and completion of various trainings in learning management systems for worldwide GSF/R2L leaders and associates.
- Action and respond to escalations, inquiries, and requests through direct message, email, and trouble ticketing systems.
- Partner with Tech, Non-Tech, and Business Intelligence teams as a process subject matter expert.
- Conducted research into best practices for program delivery, including methods for increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborated with other departments within the organization to coordinate efforts that support overall organizational objectives.
