     LTE feature Trial MIMO (4T4R, 2T2R), VoLTE, SRVCC, CS Fallback, MLB, Carrier

    Aggregation, ANR etc.) testing & implementation.

     Drive Testing Mobile E911 LTE Phase 2 System Call Testing & Verification for PSAP, as

    well as physical data collection of Optimization GSM, UMTS, CDMA, & LTE networks

    using XCAL software.

     Perform 2 calls on each sector per site eNB Vendor (6 test calls per site), calls consist of

    PSAP (live Police) and Vam (automated).

     Ability to band lock handset to correct RF parameters and perform test calls per sector

    with alternating combinations of frequency/channel per sector. For Enhanced 911 pahse

    II, 50m accuracy within network includes Android device based hybrid locations in

    addition to control plane network solutions as detailed in the Volte 911.

     Validates PSAP and VAM call to COMTECH server and compares FMCC locations to

    ground truth location for accuracy and completes TVW.

     Update TVW with all required captured information and send report to vendor SPE for

    approval.
