Throughout my various work experiences, I have learned how to manage time and people well. Specifically, my time at Travlin’ Tom’s required me to manage a whole coffee truck by myself. It was my responsibility to clean and stock the truck early in the morning before events, drive to the event, make drinks for customers, return back to HQ and deep clean the truck. In my time at TopGolf, I learned how to multitask well and how to problem solve issues with customers and employees. I learned how to navigate unexpected challenges and how to communicate well with customers and bosses.
I have the opportunity to serve and pour into fellow student-athletes each week and show them the love of Jesus. We meet as a large group once a month. I help organize and plan these meetings, making sure we have food and drinks and the correct space reserved. I help post on social media to raise awareness of our meetings.
