Started out as a Personal Banker I, after my one year review I scored a far exceeds on my matrix and was the only banker to get promoted to personal banker II and get a raise! The following year an opportunity to become the assistant manger at my branch came along and I was promoted again! I have been a manager since October 2018. Every year we have a review and I have always reached that far exceeds. I have many responsibilities. I have my own personal goals to reach but also making sure we reach our goals as a team. I am in charge of making sure the branch runs smoothly while my manager is out. When we are there together we work together and if there is an area that needs work, we come together and figure out what we can do different so we can be better! I take care of CD and IRA clients. I am also NMLS certified to do HELOC loans. I have done inside and outside marketing. Sales is my number one focus. Accounts, Secured cards, and loans.

Started as a host since I wasn't old enough to serve yet. When I turned 18 I wanted to move up. I picked up all the extra shifts I could. I was the most experienced host and I had trained all new hosts and then I finally moved to server.
