- Educating patients and family on pertinent information in regards to their plan of care and healing journey.

- Maintaining accurate documentation of all care provided.

• Providing outstanding patient care to facilitate patient healing and promote comfort and satisfaction.
• Monitoring vital signs and recording I/O, noting any alterations and reporting to RN.
• Assisting with activities of daily living while promoting independence and ensuring proper hygiene.
• Communicating effectively with nursing staff to address patient needs and ensure safety.
• Maintaining positive, empathetic attitude to ensure patient comfort and contribute to positive patient experience.
• Assisting with ambulation and repositioning to ensure patient safety and improve mobility, while also promoting skin integrity.
• Assisting with interviewing and orienting new employees, providing support while they become comfortable in role.
