Strategic Fundraising and Campaigns
- Constructed and implemented multimedia and donor engagement campaigns for the Siksha Foundation, in partnership with Commercial Bank of California - raising over $600,000 to support civil rights and establishing schools in India and Africa.
- Produced large-scale commercial campaigns for Boost Mobile and Make-A-Wish/Dave & Buster's, aligning national messaging with community-driven needs through emotional impact storytelling. Managed data & analytics, ad/content budgets, and cross-functional teams across a $1.5M campaign.
- Directed strategic content and events for Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation, focused on sustainability, youth education, and donor outreach. Resulted in $250,000 funds raised.
- Collaborated with Chapman University's Strategic Marketing and Communications team on 3 department initiatives that played a key role in securing a $10 million major gift.
- Crafted and produced training video content for the Mares Foundation. The curriculum is now in use in schools in 14 Latin American countries to support ocean conservation and environmental education.
- Created and implemented a multimedia capital campaign for Boys and Girls Club of Capistrano Valley. This “Great Futures” campaign is still in use and spotlights impact stories about key alumni.
- Developed “We Must Remember” a documentary highlighting the life stories of German and American high school students and elderly holocaust survivors. Over the past 15 years, this film has aired on PBS, PBS SoCal and is still being used in secondary and higher education classrooms today.
- Collaborated with Idea Hall to create a PR campaign for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, which supports at risk youth matching them to mentors that help them achieve their full potential.
- Mentored and developed young talent, from hiring and coaching social media producers and editors to building and training team members post-merger. Created role clarity, set goals, and conducted performance reviews to support individual growth and team success at Student Television Network.
- As Contract Admissions Manager at Chapman University, analyzed and compiled students' application data to support data-driven decision making for fair and diverse selection processes.
- In Marketing Analytics roles compiled content analytics to identify key target audiences.
