• Perform tasks related to manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or material handling
• Operate machinery and tools in accordance with safety standards and company procedures
• Follow standardized work instructions to ensure consistency and quality
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S principles)
• Identify and communicate issues or defects to team leaders
• Meet daily production targets and quality standards
• Adhere to Honda’s core values of respect, teamwork, and innovation

• GED equivalent

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented setting
• Availability for rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
