I have worked in early childhood education for fourteen years. I established my career in child care as an Assistant Director of a preschool and I would over see the daily operations of the program. At all times, I had to ensure our school was in compliance with Child Care Regulation, the health department, the fire department, and other agencies as well. The daily duties ensured all children were receiving a safe education, monitoring staff, and providing the best customer service for our clients. Running an operation was a very demanding and fast pace career. In my experience, I have learned to become very adaptable and I believe communcation is key.
