PRICING & SIGNING: 2019 – 2021

Led the effort to modernize the end user experience with moving the Pricing System to the cloud in order to improve the speed and automation of the system, as well as modernize the platform for easy implementation of future enhancements, allowing the buying teams the ability to adjust promotional pricing to drive local market traffic and improve the in-store customer experience.


  • Led the team (21 developers/testers prior to COVID) through daily project management, facilitating scrums, sprint planning, and other product related meetings.
  • Assisted rollout of new e-sign hardware across full fleet of ~1100 stores
  • Supported store reopening during the pandemic by providing sign readiness to the business for internal auditing.
  • Adjusted to a technical-oriented cloud transformation project.
  • Pivoted product roadmap to align with evolving business needs (new e-sign templates, new e-sign hardware, new pricing strategies)


PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT 2016 – 2019
Responsible for OnePLM (One source of truth for the Product Lifecycle Management process), the application
for Kohl’s private & exclusive brands to manage their products from a simple sketch to a fully developed
product with multiple customer choices from the vendors.

  • Worked with over 3K users globally.
  • Managed strong relationships with a vendor-owned software.
  • Helped implement technology solutions to drive key product development initiatives, such as R&D,
    tech design quality, and efficient style setup.
  • Onboarded a new user community, allowing them to get out of working in outside applications.
  • Eliminated redundancies throughout the style setup, costing, and classification processes, from
    several customer choices to all-inclusive choices on one screen.
  • United independent product development teams to use the system collaboratively to immensely
    improve the style setup process, including reducing style setup time from 43 minutes down to 26, a
    40% reduction in style shells to both create and manage, and 42% overall projected time savings.
  • Optimized my first opportunity to be the primary point of contact for all application issues and
    business escalations.
