I've supervised groups of children from ages 4 to 12 from varying backgrounds and developmental stages. While working as a day camp counselor I was tasked with readying snacks for the group,

keeping the area clean, one-on-one help with homework, and engaging the children with physical or mental games that allowed all children to be involved. I worked with children with diverse learning needs and abilities, communicating effectively with them in a patient and respectful manner.
