Guppie Gulch is a recreational water park in Delta, PA. I worked during the summer season until returning to High School in August. I obtained CPR certification and lifeguard certification upon employment with Guppie Gulch. Duties included:

• Watched over swimmers to respond quickly to distress situations.
• Utilized training, rescue techniques and proper equipment to aid distressed people.
• Provided waivers and other safety documents for patrons to sign for legal guidelines.
• Monitored behaviors for safety violations and took steps to prevent further violations.
• Enforced all safety regulations and posted rules for patrons.
• Provided first aid care to injured patrons before paramedics arrived on scene.
