I supervised 7 staff members, reviewed and approved staff member's timecards in Workday, communicated with our Payroll unit anytime there was a timecard correction for an employee, I corrected employee's timecards anytime Payroll reached out via email, created the unit's weekly schedule, created the unit's monthly unit roster, created the unit's Work Assignment Chart, created PCN's for employee's leaving and joining the unit, created employee's performance evaluations in Workday and presented to employee, organized our unit's monthly unit meeting, attended monthly support supervisor meetings, had one-on-one meetings with each employee once a month, created monthly KPI charts, trained staff on all processes and procedures, ensured all work is being done accurately and timely, filled out quality assurance feedback forms and reviewed them with employee each month, updated our unit's procedures, I sat in on an interview panel and interviewed candidates, reviewed work orders sent from offsite storage facility, tracked work orders in Excel, reviewed invoices to ensure accuracy of billing, approved invoices and created a claim form, ensured all of our unit emails are being responded to in a timely manner, communicated with our storage and shred vendor, communicated with other units and staff members, tracked employee's work throughout the month, filled out incident reports, I have knowledge with Versatile, CalSAWS, Workday, Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, Filebridge, I added in appointments on the Support Supervisors Outlook Calendar, I set goals for myself and my staff members to ensure all work was getting done in a timely manner, updated attendance logs for each employee, updated employee notes as needed. I was out on the floor every day to ensure all work was getting done and to check on employees. I stepped in when needed and helped with imaging in our regular mail and return mail, I answered any questions employees had. If I had any questions, I never hesitated to reach out to my Program Manager or another Support Services Supervisor to ensure I was doing my job correctly.
