Work History

Interim Engineering Intern

Qualcomm - Wireless R&D RF Systems Group
06.2024 - 08.2024
  • Project on power consumption optimization and prediction of multi-generation SDRs.
  • Built an efficient tool for calculating SDR power for any arbitrary configuration accounting for different modes and scenarios, contributing to a power DB ecosystem involving different RF and WMSS blocks.
  • Came up with a minimized set of measurement data that can represent all possible scenario permutations

Product Development - Global Internship Program

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd Mobile Division
06.2021 - 08.2021
  • Performed verification of TRP (Total Radiated Power), TIS (Total Isotropic Sensitivity), and optimization of power usage using Bluetest chambers.
  • Simulation of Sub-6 5G and LTE signals on upcoming flagship smartphone models to meet industry standards

Graduate Teaching Assistant

ECE Department At UIUC
08.2022 - Current
  • Enlisted twice to “List of Teachers Ranked as Excellent by Their Students” (FA22 & SP23 semester)
  • Instructed students in lab sessions every week. (Major topics include fundamental circuit components, PWM signal, RC Circuit, and MOSFET)
  • Advised students during lab office hours and evaluated students’ lab assignments

Education

Bachelor of Science - Electrical Engineering

University of Illinois At Urbana-Champaign
