I’m a Public Health student eager to gain hands-on experience in healthcare. I’m looking to build strong communication skills, learn from ethical medical practices, and deepen my understanding of patient care. These experiences will help me grow and prepare me for my future goal of becoming a Physician Assistant.
I volunteer at the American Red Cross by greeting and checking in blood donors, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed. I assist with the registration process, provide information about the donation procedure, and help create a positive and supportive environment.
At the University of Texas at Arlington, I am actively involved in extracurricular activities such as FSA Soccer, where I build teamwork, express myself, and use communication skills on and off the field. I am also a member of the Pre-PA Club, which allows me to connect with peers who share similar career goals, attend professional development events, and gain insight into the physician assistant profession.
