  • Renovate this 50 year old asset adding new amenities such as parcel package room with lockers, surveillance cameras in all common areas and gated entry and exit points into property. Rehabbed offices, pool areas, common showers, bathrooms and added a clubhouse for residents to access 24/7 for entertainment.
  • Manage all renewal exposure and push rent growth between 11% to 22% growth per unit. As renewals were offered so were interior renovations to upgrade apartments since they were 50 years old and have never been addressed.
  • Complete monthly billing and rent collections in addition to service of legal documents for delinquent rent payments.
  • Process all AP for all vendors, and process all payroll for all site employees including all required training monthly, weekly and annually.
  • Complete monthly financial statements and submit to the corporate office for owners, complete weekly reports submitting timely to the corporate office for owner reporting.

Hobbies snow skiing, hiking, water skiing and painting.

Started snow skiing when I was 6 years old with my Dad, I grew up going every weekend during the winter and it taught me to teach the same to my children. As a teenager I spent summers working for The City of Las Vegas teaching disabled children how to water ski or knee board at Lake Mead with the one teacher who had the largest impact on my life for decades to come.....Thank you Mary
