I am a hard working nursing student at Aurora University where I am a proud, active member of the Student Nursing Association. I have grown up as an athlete and I believe being on team has helped me grow into an approachable, compassionate, helpful and professional human being. I am also a tumbling teach and nanny so I have developed good communication skills with children of all ages as well as adults. I think that these skills can translate my future workplace and make me a great asset to any medical team.
As a member of the Student Nurses Association, we try to give back to the community by volunteering at places such as Feed my Starving Children, local schools, churches, and food pantries.
In the past, I have also volunteered at my church for feeding those in need and at PADS.
I loved getting the opportunity to give back to those in need and build relationships with those that don't have support systems in their life.
