• Description of Project: TeamConnect is an enterprise legal management platform for matter management and e-billing which offers an Executive Dashboard, Matter Management, Collaborative Spend Management with Electronic Invoicing, Entity Management, Service of Process Manager and more in a single integrated application suite for managing core legal processes and operations and integrated with Liferay portal for submission of legal Matters by external Users.

It has been deployed on Weblogic Application Server and uses Oracle database

• Responsibilities:

1. Managing, designing and implementing new process improvement projects using TeamConnect Matter Management system.

2. Gathering the business requirements from various business stake holders for all Line of businesses for claims and corporate, documenting the design documents and designing the solution specific to the capabilities of the TeamConnect platform.

3. Prepare high-level and low-level Design documents and Develop new modules, integrate new system using Java, J2EE, JS, Spring framework in sync with TeamConnect API’s.

4. Performing functional testing on new customizations in TeamConnect Legal Suite and provide inputs to Quality Analysts and User Acceptance Test team for test plan preparation, test case review with Business, integration and performance testing.

5. Supporting the Business users to efficiently operate the application.

6. Performing IT Solutions Implementation, Enterprise Application Integrations, Data Migrations, Upgrades, Reporting, Change and Release Management process.

7. Developing Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Cursors, Triggers besides writing DDL, DML and transaction queries with development tools like SQL Developer.

8. Keep researching for newer features and functionalities/technologies in the patches/version upgrades provided by the Vendor and provide recommendations to the Client on how to leverage the new features to the advantage of the Client.

9. Develop Multi-tier architecture using Web Services that incorporated the business logic for the application.

10. Work on testing and monitoring software application and system along with coordination installation of various applications.

11. Conducting necessary trainings for the team at offshore and onsite.

12. Review another team member’s work and implement review suggestions and Problem Analysis / Problem Reporting (analysis of programs / bugs)

• Responsibilities:

1. Involved in System Integration, Development and Package implementation in Web Application using Java/J2EE technologies and real time experience in the SDLC of TeamConnect Legal application.

2. Customization of the TeamConnect application based on the Client requirements using XML, JSTL, JavaScript and TeamConnect API.

3. Involved in the implementation of middleware technologies like IBM Web Sphere [WAS 7], HTTP Web Server, Clustering, ACE Load Balancer server, Single Sign On, LDAP, CA Site minder and real time experience in the development of web applications [client - server] using Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Web services [SOAP], JMS, MQ and XML.

4. Training support team on the functionalities of the newly implemented enhancements.

5. Performing functional Testing in new customization in TeamConnect Legal suite and provide inputs for quality analyst and user acceptance test team for test plan preparation, test case review with business, Integration testing and performance testing.

6. Supporting the business users to efficiently operate the application

7. Liaised with the business/stakeholders in refining the business requirements to incorporate technology into their processes.

8. Prepare the instruction manual that contains sufficient information on the running of the program.

9. Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

10. Interact with various client groups for production application issues

• Environment/Products: RSA Archer, Open Pages, TeamConnect 3.x
• Description of Project: Provide technical consulting under GRC (Global Legal, Regulatory and Compliance) domain which looks at the implementation of its various tools and suggesting customers in deciding which tool would be efficient enough to meet their requirements and also help the technical teams in the technology part.
• Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the implementation of various GRC tools, primarily TeamConnect both technically and functionally.

2. Coordinate and liaise project development activities with Business teams adhering to overall project timeline and schedules. Organize monthly release activities for team which includes training support team member with the new development work, preparing artifacts, ensure its completion before the due dates.

3. All kinds of document preparation (LLD, FDD, Impact analysis, Testing and Migration Documents).

4. Involve in Unit Testing, System Testing and Integration Testing. Fix issues that arise during QA and UAT testing phases.

5. Handling Client escalations and independently monitoring team at offshore side.

6. Providing innovative ideas, considering code reusability and automating the repetitive manual tasks/processes.

• Description of Project: Ariba Spend Management is a web-based platform which enables organizations to manage complex business processes involving multiple resources, documents, events, and business workflow. Provides all tools that users need to enter, organize, store, retrieve, and manage information for entire organization. Users can quickly and efficiently create, view, and print assortment of records, such as projects, contacts, appointments, tasks, expenses, letters, reports, and so on. It’s a system used by financial services, Insurance Government Automotive, Manufacturing, Healthcare Etc.

Ariba Buying and Invoicing is a best-in-class, easy-to-use procure-to-pay solution that helps companies effectively manage all spend-related processes and ensure negotiated savings reach the bottom line.

Responsibilities:

1. Performed customizations in the TeamConnect product to implement various modules like Corporate

Legal [GLCR], Compliance, Regulatory, Federal Reserve Legal Groups [FRLG], Staff Counsel, Global Security,

Investigation Audit [GSIA] and Firm Management.

2. Responsible in gathering requirements from the Business Users for Change Requests, checking feasibility

of the required changes/enhancements and implementing it in DEV environment, provide support during

Quality Analyst and User Acceptance testing and review during the deployment of the changes to

Production and provide support during post go-live.

3. Developing Views to pull the data from external systems to Ariba analysis for running the reports.

Handling Ariba Inspector for database updates and retrieval. Involved in developing new fact tables,

dimensions and data loads.

4. Involve in Unit Testing, System Testing and Integration Testing.

5. Release the application to different environments (QA, UAT and PRODUCTION).

6. Support activities for existing and new applications.

7. All kinds of document preparation (LLD, FDD, Impact analysis, Testing and Migration Documents).
