Outreach activities

• Represented my school in communicating with local malls and McDonald's store managers and co-founded an offline public teaching event with them. There were over 100 parents of students in attendance, of which 60+ came to the school to participate in a follow-up trial program. Ultimately, generated 150,000+ sales.

Annual Customer Feedback Program.

• Assisted the department manager in creating open-ended questionnaires to collect feedback from parents, as well as students. I was responsible for evaluating customer feedback to gain insight into customer satisfaction with my other two colleagues. Then summarize the feedback to the teaching staff and discuss with them. At the end, I was required to develop a plan to improve the quality of the program and after-school services within a specified week, deliver it to my manager for review and improve the plan based on the evaluation to reach the final version.

Company Online Promotion

• Assisted the department manager in creating school posters and posting them on social media to increase awareness of the school and attract more potential customers. In addition, assist the department manager in creating promotional graphics and videos for the school's events, and develop incentives to encourage users to participate, share, and spread the word, which helps to externalize our school and attract more customers to drive sales.
• Participate in analyzing the product features, prices, and customer types of similar schools in the market to get accurate data to analyze customer preferences, types, and trends.

Class management

• Responsible for teaching six classes. Mainly include pre-session preparation, instruction, and after-session supervision and counseling. Programming content includes Python, Java, html, JS and other programming content.
• Communicated with parents on a daily basis to maintain customer relationships to promote customer renewal, during my tenure I achieved a renewal success rate of 97.6%, customer satisfaction ranked the highest in the school that year.

Course Demonstrations and Presentation

• Responsible for daily demo lessons for students and parents, and cooperate with sales department to accomplish sales tasks, the highest performance reached more than 30,000+ sales a day.

Section rotations for each medical department

• Assisted physicians in preparing cases, and asked and recorded patients' conditions during daily rounds.
• Assisted physicians in patient care, treated wounds and changed medications, took vital signs, asked for medical history and prepared patients for tests.
• Provided assistance to medical staff in performing minor surgical procedures.
• Sanitized, restocked, and organized exam rooms and medical equipment.
