Hana Piercy

While both of my previous jobs have been in the food service, I have been able to gain experience with both cash handling and customer service. I have developed great people skills and work efficiently counting money. Working in high-paced food services, I have learned how to multi-task and work well and quickly under pressure. I have also acquired many skills in cleaning and organizing. I was able to achieve receiving my Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the Fall of 2023. Learning skills and getting to apply them in a real life setting has taught me a lot more about working with others and having great empathy. While this program was not an easy program I was able to successfully use my skills learned in the clinical setting and successfully perform for my state exam. In conclusion, I am a motivated service worker with exceptional social skills, communication abilities and customer service background. I'm dedicated to following health and safety guidelines and handling food items properly. I pursue every opportunity to support team members and proactively address issues.

• I graduated high school as a National Honors Society member, Honor graduate, and a Presidential Scholar.
• I have volunteered and collected over 200 pairs of shoes for several years at Samaritan's Feet in Charlotte, NC.
• I was in several clubs in high school and accumulated over 80 volunteer hours my senior year.
