The Effect of an Aerobic Exercise Program on the Adjustment of Blood Sugar Level for Non-Insulin Dependent Diabetic Patients, This study was designed to construct an aerobic exercise program and to determine to what extent it could contribute to adjustment of blood sugar levels by measuring the effect of the program on some biochemistry variables and body weight variables. Analyzed data by using 't' test, to measure the difference between pre and post measurement of the variables. Recommend the use of the suggested aerobic exercise program in order to improve the glycemic controlling non-insulin dependent diabetics.
