▪ Ensure the employee receives bank account HR letter addressed to the bank to facilitate opening bank account.
▪ Submit social insurance form1 to social insurance operation department.
▪ Ensure all employees are socially insured.
▪ Follow up the socially insurance open file cases to be closed.
▪ requesting social insurance (prints, stamped ID application, print with last durations) from social insurance operation department whenever needed.
▪ Submit social insurance tittle change request, following up the request
▪ Ensure the social Insurance salary is up to date, accurate and complying with the social insurance law.
▪ Run reports & creating queries from HR system if needed.
▪ Generate monthly hold sheet to clients with the hold cases adding the reasons of the hold.
▪ Ensure the relevant HR data base is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
▪ Coordinate with operation department to deliver the client or employee requests on time.
▪ Collaborate with managers to resolve client or employees’ unusual requests.
▪ Generate promotion letters, salary increase letters, re-allocate letters.
▪ Generate warning letters, absence letters, and termination letters as per penalty list and client request within the labor law.
▪ Collaborate with legal consultant to set an investigation for employees who breach work rules and regulations.
▪ Establish the resignation or termination process and ensure the employee is terminated in all system.
▪ Generate social insurance forms 6, resignation forms & due declaration forms.
▪ Generate experience letters & release letters.
▪ Submit social insurance forms 6 to social insurance operation department.
▪ Following up form 6 that is submitted and registered with the social insurance operation department.
