TechFoundations, a nonprofit organization in Berkeley, connects Cal students who want to start a company and allows them to gain more resources and knowledge about founding a company.

I worked in this organization to organized on campus club fairs and advertise our organization to others who live near the Bay.

GAMP(Global Ambassador Mentorship Program) is an on-campus program at UC Davis for all international students to help them get over their first year. There are 30 mentors this year, and every mentor will assign 2 to 3 mentees.

My responsibilities are supporting new international students in getting used to a new environment and introducing and explaining UC Davis services and resources to new students. Gave international students as much academic and cultural help as possible.

Chinese Union of UC Davis is a nonprofit organization serving Chinese international students. I worked in the Human Resources department to interview freshmen who wanted to get into this organization.

• For my first internship, I worked in this auction company as an officer who helped customers register their auction accounts online. I contacted every client by phone, told them the details of the auction process, and reminded them to join the auction. I also resolved issues to meet customer requirements and worked alongside my team members to learn related job tasks and roles.

Helped older people register their COVID-19 code during the pandemic. Also utilized job-related software to prepare change of address records and issue service orders.
