Research Interests: Genomics, chromosomal architecture, neuro-oncology, immunology, precision medicine

• Contributed to the development and optimization of 3D genomic chromosomal spectral karyotyping workflows to characterize chromosomal orientation across the cell cycle in benign and malignant cell models.
• Performed advanced cytogenetic and molecular techniques including fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), spectral karyotyping, genomic sequencing preparation, and 3D tissue culture.
• Participated in experimental design, protocol optimization, and troubleshooting of imaging and cell culture methodologies.
• Collaborated with lab members on multi-investigator projects integrating genomic imaging with computational analysis.
• Contributed data and experimental work to two manuscripts currently under review at Nature.
• Trained and assisted junior laboratory members in sterile technique, microscopy workflows, and data documentation.
• Maintained detailed experimental records and coordinated sample preparation across multiple concurrent projects.

• Facilitated the connection between the British International School of Cairo and the 57357 Children's Cancer Hospital of Egypt to offer shadowing and clinical opportunities for pre-med alumni as well as commodity and toy drives for the cancer patients

• Advertised artworks painted by patients to fundraise for the art ward
