My responsibilities include planning and executing initiatives to boost attendance, creating a vibrant game-day atmosphere, and representing Otto’s Army at various campus events to build enthusiasm for Syracuse athletics.

I was responsible for maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor, replenishing merchandise, and executing store displays. Additionally, I operated the point-of-sale system efficiently, processed transactions, and handled cash and credit payments accurately. My role also involved meeting sales goals, promoting store events and promotions, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers from entrance to checkout.
