Hannah Burr

I am presently a Home Health Aide at All American Assisted living working 40 hours a week. I am mainly placed in the memory care unit with high functioning residents, living with dementia. Some of my duties and responsibilities in the healthcare facility include:

• Assisted patients with dressing, grooming and feeding needs, helping to overcome, and adapt to mobility restrictions.
• Performed laundry and other light housekeeping duties as instructed by client.
• Provided mobility assistance such as walking and regular exercising.
• Encouraged patients to participate in safe physical activity to help boost mood and improve overall wellness.
• Answering patient calls
• Documenting information
• Maintain safety procedure
• Manage wound care
