Educated Nanny

Summary

I am very grateful God has imparted in me a special place in my heart, the love for children and elderly people. I genuinely appreciate their spirit. We definitely have mutual love and respect for one another. I love their curious mind, fun-loving disposition, innocence and purity.

I taught Sunday school at my grandfather’s church, Choong Shin church in Los Angeles.

I taught kindergarten for 5 years at his church during my college years at California State University of Los Angeles. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

I also have an active California real estate license.

A year before college graduation, I worked as a counselor at a Catholic Church in San Gabriel, where they house 11 year old abandoned, abused girls who have behavioral and emotional issues.

I also volunteered at LOVE L.A ministry at Young Nak Church in Los Angeles for 3 years. It’s a ministry that feeds homeless people in downtown Los Angeles skid row.

During this time of volunteer years and beyond, I was a nanny to 2 kindergarten boys who are brothers for 10 years. We shared a lot of laughs together.

During my college years and beyond, I was a caregiver for my beloved grandmother for 11 years at her senior apartment. God has blessed her generously with spirit-filled life of 103 years… I miss her dearly… I can’t wait to see her in heavenly realm…

God bless…

Sincerely yours,

Hannah Choi
