As a Checker I receive product from different vendors. I go through bills and I check the bills with our po's, I then see what the vendors have or have not sent. I then count the items and makes sure the vendors sent the correct amount in exceptional condition. I match the UPC with stickers for Food City Forklift Operators to to put in the slots of our warehouse. I also sign the vendors Bill of Lading. The second part of my job is a Receiving Clerk. With this part of my job I go through and I verify the po's through the WMS System I make sure the totals match the bills and po total. I do all the reports for totals that we receive each day on the computer system Excel.
