• Tasks include reviewing hours of body worn camera footage for a variety of different cases, typing up summaries for all videos to be sent off to attorneys for trials, requesting footage from different police agencies, and communicating with all members throughout the courthouse.

• As a hostess, my tasks include greeted and seated customers to provide a welcoming dining experience, wiped down menus and counter tops to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, making sure all tables are pre-set, closing side work, opening side work, taking reservations and walk-in list, taking carry out orders, phone calls, and communicated important notes such as birthdays or allergies with staff to ensure personalized service.

• Coordinated seating assignments using reservation system, waitlist, and dining room floor plan.
• Communicated accurate wait times to guests, reducing congestion and improving front-of-house organization.

• Worked extended shifts until approximately three a.m. to meet customer demand.

• I worked my way up through the restaurant and ended up running the restaurant as a manager. Tasks included having a key to open and close the restaurant, writing checks, training new workers, making sure everything is done correctly, greeting customers and problem solving.
