Summary

I've worked with NAPA Auto Parts for 24 years,10 of those years I was General Manager for multiple stores. I am currently managing the second most producing NAPA Auto Parts store in the country (Located in Middletown, CT). Previously I worked 20 years at the Manchester, CT location. I maintained incredible and consistent relationships with not only my company and employees, but most notably my customers. While managing NAPA's Manchester location, I achieved a status of triple crowning in 2022, in addition to the 22% turnover in 2021, as well as manager of the year in 2022. I made sure to think outside of the box to keep sales consistent and relevant, capturing sales and new opportunities that weren't available before. I am great with quick and effective problem solving, even in high stress/demanding environments. I've been able to handle many big projects, promoted tool shows, and event planning for stores to create more sales for wholesale and walk-ins. It is extremely important to me that my employees and customers know the dedication and standard I hold to my job in not only sales and management, but also creating positive relationships and providing great customer service.
