• Co-Chair of the Trauma/Surgical Employee Engagement Committee.
• Serving on the Northern Colorado Preceptor Council Committee.
• Frequently serves as a relief charge nurse and supervises and mentors staff during assigned shift. • Expertise in caring for patients with one or several lines and drains such as Nasogastric, Dobhoff, G tubes, Ileostomy, Colostomy, and uostomies, wound vacs, JP, penrose, hemovac, percutaneous drains, and more.

· Assessed prospective students’ behavioral, cognitive, and physical skills and documented assessments for the admission team.

· Delivered personalized educational, behavioral, and emotional support to students with intellectual disabilities.

· Assisted students with activities of daily living.

· Managed 23 staff members and day-to-day activities of the aquatic facility and staff.

· Coordinated with parents and members to meet team needs involving team equipment and travel.

· Designed, coordinated, and facilitated children’s summer swimming camps.

· Ensured compliance with policies and procedures; offered suggestions to staff to maximize safety.

·Created and implemented a strategic plan for the reopening of the pool utilizing Connecticut State COVID-19 Guidelines.
