Phoenix Indian Medical Center is a Federal Facility run by The United States Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services.

• This facility predominantly provides care for North America's indigenous people. However, provide care to anyone who needs it, in emergency department.
• In our 26-bed emergency department, we see a high volume of patients and a wide variety of medical issues.
• We commonly see critical illnesses associated with Diabetes, liver failure and kidney failure. It is also very common to treat trauma patients of all levels.
• Serving our department as a charge nurse. I optimize resource utilization by balancing staffing levels and adjusting assignments based on fluctuating patient volumes.
• Regularly serve our department as a preceptor. Providing mentorship to new nursing staff, sharing clinical knowledge and best practices for effective patient care.
