I started out as an 'Audience Data Coordinator' and was promoted to the 'Audience Analytics Manager', specializing in managing audience data for our media product (Clinician's Brief).


  • Tracked and analyzed our audience behaviors and trends across social media, website, email, newsletters, webinar/CE, etc. - in order to help make decisions on how to best market to groups and also to help make overall data-driven media strategy decisions.
  • Created email & postal lists for both internal use and also for third party clients to target segments of our active known audience with the most interest in what they are promoting.
  • Worked with customer service in handling and responding to customer service requests related to Omeda, Mixpanel, or print. Additionally, I took care of customer care in relation to our privacy policy, handling all requests and customer interaction that came in through the privacy policy email.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and optimize KPIs aligned with business objectives and created & updated dashboards to track KPIs across teams & products.

Wedding/Events Coordinator & Florist

I started out as an intern and soon became the companies' "second in command". I worked there full time until June 2022 doing over 50 weddings and events every year. I have since maintained a free-lancing relationship with the company. I have on average since then taken on about 3-5 planning + floral clients per year and about 5 additional strictly floral clients per year in which I go in on the event date and help with floral installations and set-up for their biggest floral clients of the year. I like to maintain these skills and use this as a creative outlet.

  • Created event timelines to suit client's event needs/vision for the day with collaboration across vendor teams and managed and kept the timeline on track throughout event.
  • Specialized in design to bring clients dreams/visions to life and elevate it above their expectations with their florals, floral installations, linens, platings, napkins, flatware, glassware, backdrops, photo opportunities, seating, drapery, lighting, etc.
  • Created floor plans/layouts that optimized space and functionality, catering to the needs of the event. For example, creating layouts that encouraged socialization or sometimes discouraged socialization between certain attendees, encouraged dancing, createed optimal visualization of an alter, stage, screen, or speaker, and created seamless flows of traffic for buffet/bar, etc.
  • Coordinated and designed marketing photoshoots for the business and collaborated with other businesses to assist with their marketing photoshoots.
  • Event and floral set up and breakdowns.
  • Met with clients to initially sell our floral and planning packages and then to further discuss needs, visions, logistics, etc., met with them to run rehearsals, as well as met with vendors for collaboration.
  • Smoothed out any problems/unforseen circumstances that arose throughout planning or even on the event date.
  • Created training materials, trained and onboarded many new team members, and helped manage that team.
  • Engineered and built extensive floral installations as well as personal flowers and centerpieces.

I started out as a cashier when I was 16 and did that for a couple years and was promoted to an Office, Customer Service, Front End Manager position and did that all through college and while I was intern in weddings/events.

  • Managed all cashiers and sackers scheduling as well as created and managed daily shift and break timelines.
  • Trained and onboarded new cashiers and sackers as well as trained existing employees with any updated policies.
  • Managed all front-end operations.
  • Was in charge of all the money in the store; counted and balanced all registers, did all of the daily accounting - tracking down and finding reasoning for all overages and shortages and then submitting daily to corporate, as well as creating the daily deposit and submitting to the bank.
  • Delegating tasks to make sure all daily and nightly check lists chores were completed.
  • Often managed HR tasks and sit downs with employees.
  • Other tasks included handling company write-offs, running team meetings, running a cash register, inputting all rewards applications into our database, tracking and managing inventory, selling and ordering lottery tickets, ordering office supplies, cleaning, completing money transfers while vetting out scammer situations for customers, assisting customers with anything and everything from refunds, card issues, returns, loading their groceries, therapy and talking through their entire life stories, etc.
