Upper Extremity Adjusting Seminar (Mitch Mally, DC, July 2022)- Attended a 10 hour hands-on seminar focused on adjusting the shoulders, elbows and wrists in a high velocity and low amplitude approach. As a conclusion of the seminar there was an optional cumulative written and practical exam covering topics learned within the seminar. Upon passing of the exams I received a certification showing competency of upper extremity complex diagnosis and adjusting maneuvers. 

MLS Adjusting Seminar (Jim Deegan, DC, March 2024)- Attended a 12 hour hands-on adjusting seminar focused on adjusting techniques of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions with a focus on gentle adjustments and intentional patient focused care.

Craniosacral Therapy Seminar (Lori Hendrickson, July 2025)- Attended a 6 hour hands-on seminar focused on cranial work, sacral adjusting, and muscle tension release using therapeutic techniques and stretches for infants.
