Recently established ALS fly car program to provide ALS support to patients within a large, rural county with significant gaps in coverage and ALS availability. Primarily focusing on reducing time-to-care, facilitating appropriate level care for critical patients, and building positive relationships with agencies within the county.

Delivers care across a rural setting and provides ALS support to the neighboring BLS/AEMT level county in conjunction with multiple agencies. Mentors incoming new hires, newly certified EMT's and paramedic students, supporting skill development and reinforcing best practices.

Volunteer position providing ALS care in a busy urban environment with diverse patient populations. Mentors junior members, EMT students, and new onboarding providers.
