I am energetic and personable, well-suited for clinical roles that require strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and adaptability. With over 10 years of competitive volleyball experience, I consistently serve as a team captain or hold meaningful leadership roles, which has strengthened my communication, accountability, and team-oriented mindset. In my role as a behavioral health technician, I prioritize empathetic engagement with patients and families to create a comfortable, supportive ABA treatment experience, while implementing treatment plans, educating caregivers, and working closely with interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
As an Arcadia Women's Volleyball player, I consistently demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and team success by attending all practices and meetings with a dedicated work ethic and a continuous drive for improvement. Additionally, I have learned how to balance the competitive nature to achieve team goals while also fostering a positive, supportive environment that boosts team morale both on and off the court. I simultaneously excell academically, sustaining excellent grades while dedicating 28+ hours per week to practices and strength sessions, all while remaining actively involved in extracurricular activities.
While being an employee of the Arcadia building staff, I utilize my organizational experience to manage multiple campus buildings on campus while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. I built positive relationships with both customers and colleagues, responding thoughtfully to every individual I come into contact with. Through consistent communication with my colleagues to coordinate attentive service; I ensure all guests using Arcadia's facilities feel satisfied, safe, and welcomed during their experience.
As a sales associate at PacSun, I focused on building rapport and loyalty with customers, providing positive first impressions to both new and existing customers. I contributed to a positive work environment, supporting my team and collaborating to improve store performance. By understanding customer needs and offering tailored customer service interactions, I helped to increase sales revenue by increasing sign-ups into our loyalty program by building relationships with customers!
