  • During my time at Famous Footwear, I leveraged my skills of enrollment and support by running 2 store closures. After these store closures, I continued to stay in touch with our employees and help support them in their time of transition.
  • I traveled to different stores and districts to help in all areas of the business and essential 'flip' them to performing in their market. My largest district flip was in Kansas City. Myself, two other store managers, and three district managers spent over three weeks in the area, spending time at all local stores, facilitating and training our teams in that market to bring them back to performing.
  • While being a store manager at Famous Footwear, I managed three stores in total for them. After 'fixing' one store long-term and finding/training another store manager for the location, I'd move on to another that needed the same support.
