I am very skilled in leadership across sports and the communities I have been a part of. I am very good at listening to others and helping find solutions to many different problems. I am also a people person that loves to interact with others. I am an eager worker always ready and willing to assist fellow employees with job tasks. I can handle various duties and assignments at different times. I am accustomed to multitasking and working quickly to meet challenging demands. Work History

Babysitting

  • I have babysat for many families that speak very highly of me, saying that I am really great with their kids and that I genuinely care about them and love them
  • These opportunities that have arised in babysitting have taught me so much about who I am, teaching me that I am not perfect but not being perfect is okay
  • I have learned how to battle adversity in tough situations as well as learning how to think quickly on my feet and remain calm in critical situations
  • I have learned a lot about what leadership means through this job and working with these families

Volunteering with My Youth Group

  • Last year I was given the opportunity to become a leader of a youth group at Rocky Mountain Christian Church in Niwot CO
  • There I led sixth grade girls, taught them about Jesus and allowed a safe space for these girls who needed someone to listen to them
  • Here I also learned that I love to help people and that helping people, with whatever they need fills me with joy
  • Here I have also learned about thinking on my feet and being a leader when things do not go as planned

High School Varsity Volleyball

  • Volleyball has been so important to me throughout my life and I am so thankful for the opportunities that it has presented to me such as leadership opportunities and hardships that I have had to learn to endure
  • I was on the varsity volleyball team at my highschool for four years
  • This has taught me so much about not only volleyball but about life and leadership
  • I have learned about what it means to be a part of a team and drive yourself to do better
  • This particular volleyball experience has taught me how to work hard and work on a team

Brandeis University Volleyball

  • This was my first year being a part of the varsity volleyball team at Brandeis University because I am a first year at the university
  • This experience has taught me how to manage my time efficiently as well as work with others in many different situations
