Hannah Wilson

During my time at Midmark, I learned a variety of skills and jobs. I had to maintain a safe work environment following guidelines and procedures. I learned how to work at a quick pace, safely and efficiently, all while making sure the product was of good quality and the daily unit target was met. Midmark is about working as a team, so I was able to focus on bettering my social skills and communication with others, and learning how to work together efficiently to hit production goals. Working on an assembly line meant being very detail oriented and paying close attention to miniscule and delicate details on the product.

While I worked at the Brethren Retirement Community in high school, my job was to take and deliver food orders to residents in a timely manner. I had to set up and prepare food in the kitchen area, plate specific orders, and serve them to residents while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
