• Held 1-to-1 mentoring sessions weekly, setting a curriculum and lesson plan tailored towards the specific student. Engaged in weekly pedagogy meetings to discuss ways to enhance student experience.

OpenBio Engagement Team Representative (09/2025-Present)

• Planned guest speaker events, coordinated the Student Research Institute summer program, organized the Student Journal by selecting student research projects

Author of "The Art of Finding" (06/2023 - Present) 

• Wrote novella about underlying mental health stigmas in society. Donated profit to Bridge of Hope, a Christian nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing single parents out of homelessness.

Volunteer for Youth 2 Youth (Y2Y) Homeless Shelter (09/2025-Present)

• Weekly 2.5 hour shifts; interacted with guests to understand their lives better, assisted in basic housekeeping such as cooking meals, laundry, etc. Filled in for shifts that required additional support.

• Coordinated in-person and virtual senior center performances; hosted holiday and Korean cultural events; worked with organizations such as Tri-M Honors Society.

Montgomery County Regional Student Government Association (MCR-SGA), Executive Board, Mental Health Coordinator (06/2021 - 06/2025) 

• Led a task force of 30 students in countywide advocacy initiatives such as distributing advisory presentations around the county, working with outside organizations such as Teen Vogue, the Museum of Contemporary American Teenagers, and lead psychologists across the county.
