• Participated in NCDV RNRP Residency Evidence-Based Project:

Conducted a research project focused on hospitalized non-English speaking pediatric patients. Evaluated the impact of translated discharge instructions versus standard discharge instructions on readmission rates and patient satisfaction.

Achieved 1st place for Mission Hospital in 2022-2023 for outstanding contributions to enhancing patient care and outcomes through evidence-based practices.

• Administration of drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, Dobamine, Fentanyl, Morphine, Midazolam, and Insulin

• Managed the care of infants on the oscillator, ventilator, and nitric oxide

• Administration of Rocuronium during Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI)

• Supervised the care of infants with Arterial lines, Central lines, Transcutaneous Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide Monitoring, and Continuous ECG Monitoring

• Participation in CPR and airway management during codes

• Mentored new nurses in the NICU, fostering a supportive environment for learning and professional growth
