  • Managed organization’s Advisory Council; working collaboratively with diverse range of associates, from operations associates, to C-Suite leadership to build and implement DE&I strategy and programming.
  • Researched best practices, evidence-based strategies, and disruptive industry initiatives for maximizing associate engagement.
  • Combined literature (theory/sociological-based reasoning) and market-proven research to strategically plan and implement DE&I programming and initiatives.
  • Spearheaded the creation of our Women’s Resource Network as well as our African American Resource Group. Coordinated programming, structure and associate engagement for each group.
  • Held leadership role in two associate resource groups for three years (Emerging Professionals Group and Women's Resource Network).
  • Organized initiatives and events to promote organizational diversity and engagement, increasing awareness around individual and community cultures and traditions.
