  • Inducted into the NQASHS Chapter at Niceville High School
  • Elected President of NQASHS at Niceville High School
  • Elected as one of the 20 members on the National Student Advisory Board (SAB) for two consecutive years
  • Attended monthly meetings for SAB through Zoom calls
  • Assisted in the meeting plans for the Collaborative Project Team where students across the nation met online to collaborate on journalistic projects
  • Established bell ringers to aid students in engagement amongst journalistic media
  • Developed bell ringers to improve student engagement in journalistic media
  • Led the Scholastic Journalism Week project for SAB, which conducted a survey of 50 scholastic journalist students around the country
  • Obtained 100 reasons why scholastic journalism should be pursued, which was then published on the NQASHS website
