• 1.7 kV ultra-fast switching speed converter design based on high-current gate drive topology.
• 1.2 kV ultra-high power density power modules design based on laminated structures with a ceramic baseplate, DC bus bar design, 3D printed liquid cooling jacket housings design; electric field strength, thermal performance, and parasitic extraction simulations.
