  • In charge of the program which allowed all class launch assets to be gathered, sent to vendors for processing and re-ingested within the company, completed 250+ classes
  • Created and implemented processes to enable the company to internationalize their platform to countries across the globe as efficiently and smoothly as possible, including 200 classes from backlog
  • Made sure all vendors and internal teams were aligned on where in the pipeline a particular asset may be when required

  • Provided TPM support to multiple high visibility HUBs programs over two quarters and played a key role between engineering teams and cross-functional teams across internationalization, content strategy, and accessibility
  • Identified translation requests as a key blocker for timely launches for multiple HUBs and provided thought leadership to redesign the process after first learning, and providing hands on support for over 1000 translation requests from over 5 different teams and >25 engineers
  • Documented existing processes for requesting translations and mapped out how much time, and how many handoffs were required as per status-quo playbooks. Based on requirements for launching HUBS identified a key blocker and flagged risk to engineering teams that would be prevented successful launch of hubs due to a disconnect between requirements (24 hours turnaround time)
  • Built new relationships with the internationalization team by seeking out additional support and identifying a dedicated Program manager to ensure timely turnaround for key launch events
  • Collaborated with content specialists to design a process to curate content for special topics (e.g., Climate Change, COVID-19, Elections 2020) and coordinated across several teams to build a pipeline of 100+ posts across “blue-verified” accounts which could then be further refined down to 5 posts through multiple screening steps. Provided thought leadership to ensure the best content was made available while making sure appropriate translations were made available in a timely manner and while minimizing risk by making sure the articles were neutral and did not favor or even provide the perception of favoring extreme opinions (e.g. Political, cultural)
  • Built roadmaps for Engineering Managers to build a new platform that allows audio chat to large groups of people at once. Created upto 100 tasks and assigned to various engineers in order to build various components in an efficient manner.
  • Provided T-72 hour to T+72 hour oncall support for 2020 Elections to ensure timely support for all translation requests. Supported over 100 instances for translation requests and personally supported token updates and diffs across SITEVARS to ensure.
  • Created and continuously updated 16 modules that curated content across 16 countries to provide factual and up to date information about COVID-19 and vaccines in local languages.

Search Integrity - Intelligence Operations

  • Led a focused effort to synthesize ambiguous requirements to develop an Integrity capability to act as the “last line of defense” for the 2020 Elections (Company level P0 for our clients)
  • Worked with cross-functional teams including Product, PDO, Lodestone leadership to design a global “Intelligence Operations” team by modeling it on an “Open Source Intelligence Operations” framework to both, leverage industry learnings, as well as to highly customize a solution for our clients unique needs
  • Obtained buy-in from client teams to refine and seek approval for a 16 person team across 2 continents and 3 locations to provide 24x7 support
  • Personally designed and led a highly time-crunched process to recruit 14 analysts with a nice set of experiences in intelligence operations, data analytics, research and attention to details. Evaluated >800 candidates in a span of 4 weeks and leveraged multiple screening exercises to identify high potential candidates (e.g. resumes, case studies, interviews) and successfully filled all 16 roles with 14 new hires and 2 internal transfers
  • Provided overall TPM support for the Intelligence Operations program and ensured high level of satisfaction from client partners as measured by no P0 SEVs / embarrassing press articles from integrity related issues for the 2020 Elections cycle
  • Finally, 9 months out, the Intelligence Operations program has proved to be a successful model and the team has gone on to provide additional support to other surfaces (Search, IG, Marketplace etc.)
