HEDIS CONSULTANT-DATA ENTRY
- Responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data related to HEDIS.
- Conduct thorough reviews of medical records and other pertinent documents to extract and enter relevant information in to the database.
- Ensure data accuracy,completeness, and compliance with established guidelines regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and providers to obtain missing or additional information as needed.
- Perform quality assurance checks on entered data to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors .
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data to support analysis and decision-making processes.
- Stay updated with changes in HEDIS guidelines and requirements to ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy and security protocols at all times.
- Provide assistance and support to other team members as necessary.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of HEDIS measures and data entry techniques.
