Experience

• Repairs and maintains theatre and theatre property including tile, carpet floors, restroom fixtures, countertops, mirrors, walls, wall coverings, partitions, drinking fountains, minor plumbing and electrical work, office furniture, auditorium seats, etc.
• Keeps Cinemark-owned tools and supplies safely maintained, cleaned, orderly, and organized
• Removes and disposes of trash, broken parts, and supplies from repair areas once completed
• Cleans and organizes the designated Maintenance storage areas
• Must be able to inspect theatre and theatre property to ensure that all is clean and in good working order for the opening of the next day’s business
• Coordinates with the General Manager on items to be repaired and/or maintained
• Communicates any need for parts and supplies to General Manager
• Keeps theatre keys on their possession and outside doors locked during non-operating hours
• Guards against unauthorized personnel entering the building during Maintenance shift
• Meets with outside vendors to grant building access and to direct them to designated work areas
• Properly utilizes Personal Protective Equipment while completing position specific tasks
• Adapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
• Monitors safety and security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.) and reports issues to management
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE:

• Coordinate and execute installation of school and/or laboratory furniture, and arrange and manage as necessary
• Ensure that no items are damaged while moving
• Place furniture in the requested positions at the new location
• Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (ie. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard and garage junk)
• Coordinate and execute small to medium size people and/or equipment moves, and arrange and manage subcontractor assistance as necessary
• Oversee and assist in the coordination of on-site contractors to perform outsourced maintenance activities as well as capital project work
• Performs some Facilities Manager’s task in the absence of the Manager
• Responsible for the General Repair and Maintenance work
• Choose premixed paints or mix the required pigment, oil, thinning or drying substances to match the color spec
• Mask and prepare structure surfaces for coatings
• Blend and reduce paint systems and apply paint to meet specifications
• Clean and maintain equipment by removing all traces of paint
• Repair and remodel imperfections
• Perform exterior and interior painting of commercial buildings, steel, equipment, structures, etc.
• Prepare and protect work surfaces with drop cloths and masking
• Responsible for loading, unloading, and preparing and cleaning of job sites, materials, and tools

EXPERIENCE :

• Complete and maintain accurate records and logs including driver's logs, fuel purchase logs, and other records as required by company policy and law
• Make on time deliveries at our customer's locations while in a safe, punctual manner in all weather conditions
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle you're driving for the day
• When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires you will need to be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
• Able to assist in the loading/unloading of trucks and occasionally operate equipment (forklift pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.)
• Operate a handheld device, provided, and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, coworkers, and management
• Collect payments from customers upon delivery of product
