Harleen Giani is an experienced marketing executive, with a passion about healthcare, innovation, and any opportunity that has a meaningful impact on patients’ lives. Over the course of 17 years, Harleen has led strategic brand planning, messaging, sales enablement, market research oversight, and new product/indication launch planning for various brands. In her current role, she creates and executes personal and non-personal promotions consistent with brand strategic imperatives to improve awareness, education and sales for the largest grossing brand. Harleen has extensive experience in managing and integrating agencies into the marketing team to ensure work is consistent with brand strategy and within annual budget. She leads Quarterly Business Reviews, annual budget/forecast planning, speaker bureaus, advisory boards, and conference planning. Harleen also manages review of promotional materials with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, yet competitive messaging.
Harleen has extensive experience with digital, media marketing, CRM and other programs to build high ‘engage and act’ customer journeys. In the past, she has worked in healthcare technology space, leading marketing for SaaS/CRM software tools that serve life sciences companies. In these roles, she developed and executed go-to-market strategies, launch plans, industry events, webinars, demand generation campaigns/nurture programs, etc. With digital marketing on the rise, these roles have enabled her to create trailblazing initiatives at her current company, reaching high-quality target audience and conversions for the brand.
Harleen has a Doctorate of Pharmacy and MBA in Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing from Rutgers University. She has won the Top 25 DTC Marketer Award given to top healthcare professionals who are selected based on actual accomplishments, influence on patient launches or campaigns, and service to patient communications.
