I take care of four ladies. I work each shift throughout the week. I bathe them, change them, do activities with them, make them breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I clean up after them, disinfect everything, deep clean, and take the trash out. I monitor everything they eat and drink and take note, also on how many times they urinated and had a bowel movement. I monitor them throughout the day and night.

-Assisted elderly clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and grooming.

• Provided companionship for elderly clients by engaging in conversation and participating in recreational activities.
