
In this position, I was responsible for shopping for customers, orders, bringing out and unloading orders into customers cars, staging orders into their correct places, as well as regular cleaning. I also dealt with a large amount of customer questions, concerns, and met all expectations.
In this position, which was split between two locations, I was responsible for opening and closing duties involving paperwork, the cash register, and regular cleaning. I worked well with customers who had questions about company rules, hours, policies, and protocols. I was also responsible for restocking, inventory, and all sales at our snack bar. I also use many different computer systems to help customers rent various items as well as log items in and out of the system.
