After assuming the Executive Director responsibilities at Brookdale Bayshore in January 2019, improved unit Move In Percentage by 108.98% YoY in an 11 month period and decreased non-death move outs by -3.87% YoY
This is attributed to working closely with the Clinical department, Home Health agencies on property, and conducting collaborative care reviews on a weekly basis
I was very strategic in making decisions for the Company during this time. Accomplishing all the financial goals was a combined process of following through on Corporate/District initiatives, seeking the advice and feedback of my DDO and District Team and changing the Culture within the building.
